OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the Critical Path process • Work closely with line Manager. • Familiar with Apparel and toy product • Work to critical KPI dates to ensure on time schedule • To work in a proactive manner to achieve positive efficient results • To liaise, support and coordinate product from Development handover through to Shipment. • Maintain good relationships with Internal and external departments • Assist / manage in Sample tracking data gathering and reporting • Weekly Meetings to go through order status with department head • General Department support as and when new orders / accounts are being processed. Personal Requirements: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o To be self motivated and have proven experience in a textile / toy sourcing role o Possess a confident and flexible manner. o Be able to work within a team and independently. o Good English; spoken and written. o Good knowledge of the garment manufacture o Excellent knowledge of Excel. o To be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines o Have a positive and proactive approach to work o Other tasks as and when required and as directed by your line manager.
