Kynetec is an international marketing research company devoted to agriculture and animal health. We carry out domestic and international research projects on behalf of the largest crop protection and animal health manufacturers.



We are seeking Research Analysts to join our customized market research team in China. This role is primarily responsible for supporting market research studies in China and in the APAC region. This includes project management, client servicing and supplier management. In addition, this role will involve interacting and working together with our global custom research teams across Americas and Europe.

Main Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Research Design & Proposal Development:

- Support in collecting information for proposal writing, support in adapting/ preparing proposal documents

- Conduct secondary research

- Learn how to develop survey designs/analysis designs/project reports, adapt existing questionnaires/topic guides or create drafts/standard questionnaires/topic guides

1. 研究设计与提案撰写

- 搜集信息并撰写提案，支持提案的修改与准备

- 进行案头调研，准备项目背景材料

- 学习制定调查设计/分析设计/项目报告，调整现有的问卷/主题指南或创建草稿/标准问卷/主题指南



2. Project Execution:

- Support local and international project coordination - that means coordination with internal service units as well as agencies

- Translation and programming checks, field work coordination, prepare instructions for DP and agencies

- Support in defining report structure

- Quantitative research: Conduct quality checks on data

- Qualitative research: Understand basic interviewing principles and practices, learn to conduct interviews, transcribe interviews.

2. 项目执行:

- 协调支持国内和国际的项目-与内部服务部门以及代理的沟通协调

- 翻译与项目的检查, 现场调研工作的协调, 为数据处理员和代理准备指导说明

- 支持设计报告结构

- 定量研究: 对数据进行质量检查

- 定性研究:了解基本的访问原则和实践技巧, 学习如何开展访问以及记录访谈



3. Analysis & Reporting:

- Learn how to produce reports - create graphic presentation of data, create excel spreadsheets

- Support in analysis design/data cuts based on client needs

- Under supervision: Look for trends in data and prepare reports with solid commentary and analytical insights, conduct basic analysis

3. 分析数据形成报告:

- 学会如何生成报告-将数据以图表形式展现, 创建execl表格

- 基于客户的需求来进行分析设计以及数据的修剪

- 在指导下: 寻找数据趋势, 生成有坚实的评论和分析见解的报告, 从而指导基本的分析



Profile of the ideal candidate (technical skills and competencies)

- Basic project management skills

- Fluent in English and Chinese, good communication skills

- Advanced in MS Office

- Analytical thinking ability, good business sense

- Knowledge in statistics (not a must)

- A problem solver, able to think strategically

- Interested to learn new things, and innovative

- Acts with integrity and has good work ethics

- Team player

- Enjoys working with a global team 

- Willing to travel (within China)

Education & work experience required

- Bachelor or master degree 

- 0-3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Knowledge of Animal and/or Agriculture industry (preferred but not required)
