职责描述：

1. The sales manager’s main job responsibility is to manage and develop wafer business in China following the Commercial Strategy. The customers include international IDMs, foundries and local semiconductor companies. The success is measured by growth of sales revenue, market position, price, and customer satisfaction.

2. This position requires management capability to lead the account team (includes Customer Service Representatives and Application Manager) to achieve company business target. This in detail includes:

- Develop and maintain good relationship and information channel for assigned customers

- Own commercial negotiation;

- Maintain Sales Forecast and provide frequently business update;

- Create and lead strategic business development project (such as penetration of key account, and key qualification in existing account);

- Manage on-time delivery, Account Receivables, and inventory of consignment;

- Drive closure of customer satisfaction claims

3. This position also requires to manage agent/distributor

4. This Sales Manager also expected to take marketing function through daily work, to promote the brand in China; collect Information on China semiconductor market, emerging customer development and competitor's strategy/activity



任职要求：

1. Ideally the candidate should be a local Chinese at age around 30, with college graduate, major in Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Semiconductor Process/Engineering or International Trade.

2. Around 5 years of working experience, and experience of working in international company are strongly preferred, familiar and comfortable dealing with the complexities of a multicultural, multinational working environment and matrix relationship

3. Sales experience in Semiconductor industry is a must (Selling chemical materials, parts, service and equipment to IC fabs). The candidate should be highly active during the recent 4 years booming of semiconductor IC manufacturing in China, so that is familiar with the nature of aggressive, fasting growing Hi-tech semiconductor industry in mainland China. 

4. Good communication skill. Good command of English communication is a must. Capable of handling meeting/discussion of complex topics through face to face meeting, over phone or video conference. Comfortable leveraging different level of resources (cross-function and higher level of management) to drive closure of strategic program and issue.

5. Good skill using MS Windows Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoints) is a must.
