岗位职责：

1. 进行详细的数据分析，使用ms excel，ms access或sql。 （*首选拥有高阶excel/access/sql技能人才：例如能够使用excel中的数据透视表和分析功能，编写ms access和ms sql server的查询。）；

2. 定义，设计和实施供应链优化解决方案（包括网络优化建模，库存优化，供应链模拟仿真）；将客户供应链的现实情况，流程和限制条件转化为软件中的优化模型；

3. 本职位将介入到众多项目工作中。将于与跨职能的团队合作与客户提供***的解决方案，以提高生产效率，供应链运营和客户服务的最终目标；

4、与项目负责人进行经常性沟通，并制作定期状态报告；

1.工业工程，信息管理，管理科学与工程，软件等专业；

2.熟练使用excel或access；

3.能用英语进行简单的日常交流；

4.较强的分析能力，注重细节；

5.优秀的解决问题的能力。





进阶技能

1. 能够使用ms sql server；

3. 拥有一定项目管理经验；

the role: data analyst, modeler, and consultant focused on improving supply chain design

? design and deliver supply chain management and strategic sourcing solutions using supply chain guru®

? understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost, feasibility, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics

? define and carry out project plans under the direction of project managers or engagement leads; participate in development of modeling approaches in partnership with an experienced solution architects

? identify and raise issues that impact project quality, scope, timing, or cost

? provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with clients

? review and validate data, build and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in the preparation of client presentations

? fully document modeling approach, data sources and transformations, assumptions, and constraints

the qualification: supply chain design, project management and client communication experience.

? experience in or knowledge of supply chain planning and design (or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical skills):

? some knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages

? understanding of simulation and the differences between optimization and simulation

? familiarity with planning, forecasting, transportation, inventory management, and strategic sourcing

? database skills such as ms access and sql server strongly desired

? some programming skills a plus, especially in optimization software packages

? bachelor’s degree or above required or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management

? ideal candidate would have some previous supply chain consulting experience

? overseas education or proficiency in english highly desired
