深圳市山德实业有限公司成立于1997年，经过山德人十几年的不懈努力，现已发展成为一家专业的精密塑胶模具设计制造及其产品开发生产的公司。 公司位于风景秀丽的南山西丽湖畔，交通便利，厂房占地6000平米，现有员工400人，固定资产3000万，具备模具设计、模具制造、注塑、喷油、丝移印，装配一条龙的加工能力。长期向国内外知名企业提供优质的产品和服务，主要顾客包括：中兴通讯（ZTE）、华为（HUAWEI）、阿尔卡特•朗讯（Alcatel•Lucent）、北电(NORTEL)、西门子(SIEMENS)、希捷(Seagate)、伟创力(FLEXTRONICS)、富士康(FOXCONN)、艾默生(EMERSON)等。公司长期联合顾客、供应商开发新功能通用产品，替代进口，广泛被顾客采用，获得业界一致好评。因新材料、新工艺的成功应用，公司于2004年获评为深圳市高新技术企业，作为深圳机械行业协会、塑胶行业协会会员企业，公司积极参与、孜孜不倦的努力，希望能为行业的发展贡献力量。 公司始终把“服务、质量”当作企业发展核心，公司已于2003年成功导入ERP管理系统，并于2008年初顺利通过了SGS公司对ISO9001：2008质量管理、ISO14001：2004环境管理、IECQ QC080000有害物质过程管理三个体系的国际认证。公司不断引进先进的高速加工中心，慢走丝、镜面火花机、三坐标测量仪和多台精密注塑机，以配套齐全的设备及资深工程人员的支持，为顾客提供优质的服务。 为更及时的服务顾客，公司正在河源兴建山德工业园，占地面积36000平米，建成后山德将进入飞速发展阶段。 Established in 1997 and under the continuous effort, Shenzhen ShanDe Industry Co., Ltd. has been a professional company in designing, manufacturing and developing of precision plastic mould ant its products. Located beside beautiful Xili Lake, the traffic around the company is very convenient. Covering over 6,000 square meters, ShanDe has 400 employees and the capital assert worth of 30 million. It has the capability from mould design, mould making, to injection, painting, silk & pad printing, and assembling. The main customers include: ZTE, HUAWEI, Alcatel•Lucent, NORTEL, SIEMENS, Seagate, FLEXTRONICS, FOXCONN, EMERSON, and so on. Cooperating with suppliers and customers, we also develop new functional and universal products for replacing imported parts which are widely used by customers and won high appraise. Due to successful application of new material and new craftwork, ShanDe was enlisted as a high-tech enterprise of Shenzhen in 2004. As one member of China Shenzhen Machinery Association and Shenzhen Plastics Industry Association, ShanDe hopes to devote itself to industrial development.
