In the 4,500 m² new factory space over 500 workers are active. The injection department runs on a 24 hour basis. The factory is equipped with; 10 new injection machines (80 ton up to 165 ton). Space for approx 8 extra injection machines. Dust Free section with 16 individual spray cabinets incl UV tunnel. 25 new silk screen tables. 10 new multi color pad printing machines. 2 new hot stamp machines. In the present set up, 3 P.M. China Manufacturing Ltd, has production capacity > 80,000 units per week. In the near future additional injection machines must be purchased to increase the weekly output. All communication with European and American buyers is channeled through the Amsterdam contact address. Although the factory was originally set up for high quality production of display phones / mock ups for the mobile telecom industry, we will soon start producing accessories for the same industry sector.
