apparel group <br><br>apparel group is a sydney based company established in the early 1950s which designs, markets and supplies a large range of fashionable garments for leading retailers in australia and new zealand.<br><br>in 1998 apparel group opened an office in shanghai to better manager the company’s growing import business with an aim to source and supply fashionable, well made product in china using local market experience and expertise.<br><br>in more recent times, apparel group has moved aggressively into developing some independent brands division. in we acquired the sportscraft brand, m & m brand and saba brand to compliment our portfolio as part of a diversification strategy into branded product. as a national retailer we employ approximately 250 people in over 60 locations. overall, apparel group employs approximately 325 people across australia.</p>
