广东杰润精密金属科技有限公司成立于2014年3月，公司主要是一家集研发、生产销售高精密不锈钢原材料卷（板）、异型材、棒材的企业，公司目前的材料主要用于手机、电脑、钟表、医疗及新能源汽车精密零配件所需领域，为了更好更大规模的配合客户需求，公司在2018年3月分别在东莞、惠州扩建加工生产线！ 东莞工厂占地6500平方米，主要配套冲压行业所用到的精密不锈钢分条加工配送！工厂常备库存有1000吨左右，材质分别有SUS301、SUS304、SUS316L硬度有0H、1/4H、1/2H、3/4H、H、EH、SEH，厚度从0.03mm-3.0mm！工厂目前设备有：3条650mm精密分条线、1条1219mm精密分条线、1条飞剪线、1条油压单剪线！月产能可达500吨左右。检测设备有：万能拉力试验机、荧光光谱仪、硬度计、磁导仪、粗糙度仪、盐雾测试机等相关所需的检测设备！ 惠州工厂占地15000平方米，主要针对不锈钢、钛合金的异型材研发、生产及加工。月才能可达600吨左右，工厂运用辊拉工艺，我们的研发团队经验在15-20年，有近万个开发截面形状的经验，从模具设计、制作到生产全部都是内部独立完成，更加快速的为客户节约了新产品开发周期，为赢得市场争取宝贵时间！高精密异型材在节约材料的同时极大的为客户提高加工效率简化生产工序，并且能够更优的为客户节约成本！ 工厂拥有完善的检验设备和品质管理系统能够更好的满足品质和环保需求，诚邀广大客户来我们公司莅临指导！！！ The company is mainly an enterprise integrating R ｕ００２６ D, production and sales of high-precision stainless steel raw material rolls （plates） and profiled bars.
