早在2000年，我们公司便已意识到今后的市场趋向将会是低碳环保经济。<br>因此，巴黎线业开始在整个中国范围内赞助、宣传低碳环保这一概念，与此同时，我们也开始投资一些创新的设备致力于制造环保的绣花线——无水着色绣花线。机会总是留给有准备的人，就在我们研发的过程中，我们发现制造这种绣花线的纱原来能够编织成布匹。<br>然而，运用这项特别的技术编织成的布匹极其容易产生各种问题，而当中起布痕是研发中最困扰的问题，因为它是一种不会被客户接受的缺陷。<br>为了解决这个难题，我们公司花费5年时间，斥资超过5千万，最后，终于成功研发出一种新方法，生产出多用途高质织物-specortex。<br>目前为止，我们已经拥有超过1000种不同颜色的产品，给顾客提供了大量的选择。而更加值得一提的是，我们的产品同时具备例如吸湿、排汗、抗菌、防臭、拨水、冰凉、防静电、防油渍、防蚊虫、防紫外线等多种功能。<br>无水着色是我们的独特工艺，与传统的漂染技术之间存在很大差异。传统的技术是在漂染的最后一道工序将织物漂染成色，而无水着色的特别之处在于制纱工序的第一步，把原材料和色母粒一併溶解, 使两者结合为一体。运用这种独特的技术，不仅能保证织物不轻易褪色，而且还能有效减小95%产生色差的可能性。<br>为了打开前所未有的新道路，迎合重视环保的人群以及具有同一概念与远见的合作伙伴。我们投入大量的时间和资金发展我们的低碳环保产品。我们深信，今后低碳环保经济这一概念不仅仅会在中国越来越得到关注，更加会走向全世界每一个角落。<br><br><br>year 2000 was the year that our company recognized that the market was heading down the path of eco-friendliness.<br>paris thread began sponsoring and promoting the concept of eco-friendliness all over china. our company began investing in machines in making yarn for an eco-friendly thread. soon after, it was discovered that this same yarn could be used to make a fabric that is environmentally friendly.<br>however, it is very difficult to make a piece of fabric using this particular technique and at the same time not having barre smeared across the fabric. barre is considered as defects and will not be accepted by customers.<br>after 50 million rmb and 5 years, our company has finally found a successful way to produce a fabric without having the defectiveness of the barre.<br>thus far we have produced over 1000 different colors, which gives the customer a large variety to choose from. our fabrics also have functions such as moisture absorbant, wicking away sweat, odor repellant, germ repellant, uv protective, water repellant, cold yarn, anti-static and stain proof.<br>water-free dyeing is the method that we use to color the yarn and fabrics. unlike traditional dyeing methods where the yarn is dyed at the end of the process, water-free dyeing requires that we dye our yarn in the beginning of the production process. this allows the fibers and yarn to intermingle and become one. by using this technique it is much harder for the color to fade. also, by using this technique it will lessen the chance of color variation by 95%.<br>finally, eco-friendliness is something that is not only becoming increasingly popular in china, but also the rest of the world. by investing our time and money in eco-friendly products, we are opening up doors that were not previously present, by catering to a crowd that is looking to join the eco-friendly movement, as well as companies that are looking to move into that direction.<br><br><br><br>
