Your  tasks:
职责要求

1、	根据项目开发各阶段质量目标制定测试计划，以及开发相关软件工具测试, 评估潜在风险；
Develop test plans according to the quality objectives of each stage of project development, develop related software tools for testing, and evaluate potential risks;
2、	能理解产品开发相关技术文档和记录报告，熟悉开发流程及内容；
Good understanding of the technical documents and tracking reports for R&D work, and be familiar with the design process and content;
3、	能够从客户的角度来评估和衡量新产品的用户使用需求和存在风险；
Ability to evaluate and test the new products from the perspective of customers in terms of user case and risk assessment.
4、	懂音频、射频类产品测试要求、方法，熟悉产品行业标准；
understand the test requirements and methods of audio and radio frequency products, and be familiar with the product industry standards;
5、	熟悉AP测试仪、频谱仪、蓝牙测试仪等仪器及万用表工具等使用；
Familiar with the use of AP test system, spectrum analyzers, Bluetooth testers and other instruments and multimeter tools;
6. 在新产品研发阶段配合研发工程师进行测试数据收集和报告汇总，及时跟进试产样品品质异常改善；
Cooperate with R&D engineers in the new product development stage to collect test data and report summary, and follow up the quality improvement engineering and production samples in time;
7. 负责实验室仪器设备的正常操作，维护及定期的设备检修任务。
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance tasks of laboratory equipment.


Your profile:
职位和技能要求	
•	2 years of work experience as an electrical engineer/technician, ideally in the area of consumer electronics
2年电子电气工程师/技术员工作经验，有消费电子产品经验优先；
•	Enthusiastic about premium acoustic devices and consumer electronic
热衷于高端音响设备和消费电子产品
•	Good working knowledge of computing systems including analog/digital electronics and/or mechanics. Experience on transducers, audio amplifier hardware, acoustics and wireless communication technologies is a strong plus
有好的模拟/数字电子技术知识；有电源，音频功放硬件经验收；如有电声和无线通讯方面知识更佳；
•	Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a similar field of study
             电子或电器工程相关专业学士学位或同等学历
•	Self-confident, yet empathic personality with a high degree of assertiveness
自信，尊重客观事实态度
•	Good English skill at reading and writing
 英文良好，书写沟通能力强；
•	Willingness to travel irregularly within the region
愿意不定时在规定区域内出差
