销售主管

岗位职责
1. Analyze and Compile annual, seasonal and monthly sales plan of sales department in accordance with the company overall sales target.
2. Develop new business.
3. Maintain business relationship and handle daily request from existing clients.
4. Evulate requirements of products and service from client and facilitate orders.
5. Gather information / feedback from clients and conduct the annual customer satisfaction survey.
6. Monitor each account including contract composition, order evaluation and signing of required agreements, ensure delivery commitments are met.
7. Conduct promotion and analysis on competitors. Prepare sales reports and analysis. 
8. Lead a cross department communication and coordination to deliver effective customer solution.
9. Closely follow up the new product development progress and ensure the trial run delivery can satisfy the market launch time and achieve the customer satisfaction.

任职要求
1. Bachelor or above, and major in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
2. Fluent in written and oral English.
3. At least two years sales work experience in OEM industry, better to have related experiences in plumbing and kitchen appliance industry.
4. Good at maintaining business relationship with existing customer.
5. Familiar with monitor and consolidate sales numbers.
6. Familiar with USA, China and Euro Market.
7. Familiar with MS office and online trading business platform
