职责描述： Conduct and manage application tests in the respect area to fulfill development and customer needs. Working with sales/marketing team to promote DSM technology & products through customer visits, trails & product comparison, & presentations and other means. Provide technical support to customers and the production department. Investigate customer complain, identify the root course, and take preventive actions. Participate and conduct technical projects, analyze & summarize results, and communicate internally & also externally with customers. Communicate effectively with customers, account managers, and internal colleagues; maintain and build customer relationships through technical supports, communications, and visits. Identify and initiate customer projects, innovation projects, and cost reduction projects. 任职要求： Bachelor or master of Textile chemistry, dyeing and finishing engineering of textile or Light chemical engineering-textile direction. At least 3 to 5 years sales or technical experience in textile chemicals company or engineer in dyeing plant, Textile auxiliaries sales experience preferred.
