The primary roles of the BusinessDevelopment Manager are:

•Toprospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means ofgenerating interest from potential clients.

•Toplan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients todo business with the company.

•Todevelop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and providesupport that will continually improve the relationship.

•Towork with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

•Tostrategically plan to develop the pipeline of new business coming into thecompany in different regions across china and plan and grow BD staffingaccordingly.

•Prospectfor potential new schools and turn this into increased business.

•寻找潜在的新学校,并将其转化为业务增长。

•Researchpotential school targets and create a hit list for each region/city.

•研究目标合作学校的需求,并为每个地区/城市创建一个目标客户列表。

•Identifythe decision makers within the client schools from a recruitment perspective.

•从招聘角度锁定客户学校内的决策者。

•Researchand build relationships with the schools.

•研究并与学校建立关系。

•Setup meetings and involve other senior members of Eurus where necessary and ofbenefit.

•Planapproaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speak to theschool’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

•Participatein price setting of agreements.

•Handleobjections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working throughdifferences to a positive conclusion.

•Workwith technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

•Arrangeand participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Business Development Planning

•Attendindustry functions, such as school conferences, and provide feedback andinformation on market and creative trends.

•Identifyopportunities for campaigns and channels that will lead to an increase insales.

•Usingknowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’sunique selling propositions and differentiators.

Management and Research

•Submitweekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Collaborate closely withthe recruitment manager.

•Ensurethat data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM platform.

•确保在公司的CRM平台内准确输入和管理数据。

•Forecastsales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

•Trackand record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

•Createa vendor list for training partners and school target list for each city tolead to a strategic campaign to turn targets into clients.

•Ensureall team members represent the company in the best light in line with its ethosand standards as set out in induction.

•Providetraining and induction to new hires in the BD team.

•Presentbusiness development training and mentoring to business developers and otherinternal staff.

Education and experience

教育和经验

•We require the candidate to beeducated to Bachelor Degree level with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

•Reporting directly to the CEO;the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years solid experience in BusinessDevelopment preferably in the education sector. The vacancy is open now so animmediate start could be accommodated.
