On-Site-Service Quality Engineer based in GM Korea

职责描述：

Overview:

To be responsible for fast response for GMK on line quality issue and involved new project launching process issue and warranty related issue pre-investigation.



Dimensions:

• Customer PPM and score card improvement 

• Customer Complaint cases and provide initial 3D report

• Customer on-site service complaint collection and feedback, support new program flawless launch 

• Customer side quality issue tracking , on-site coordinate in case of containment and ECN, 



Principle Accountabilities:

• Daily monitor the product quality status in GMK

• Take immediately containment action to solve the quality issues per customer requirement, 

• Lead key quality issues pre-analyse, and implement short term action and verification

 the effectiveness.

• Take part in project launching through APQP and tracking each milestone GMK on site quality issue;

• Analyse and solve customer warranty issues.



任职要求：

• Bachelor degree of mechanical and/or relative mechanical specialty,or above;

• Know IATF; familiar with APQP, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC;

• More than 4 years of working experience as a quality engineer in tier 1 automotive industry; 

• Good communication skills and team work;

• Good spoken, reading, writing in English and Korean;

• Good computer skill
