AP daily work

Responsible for invoice booking and settlement, answer external supplier or internal staffs payment related queries

Handle/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices

Monthly check posting quality against tax rule, including formal invoice check, tax invoice process, domestic VAT to foreign company, tax type/tax country with GL account, tax rate…

Keep learning process SOP and ensure our daily procedures be aligned with SOP strictly;

Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements

Well aware of AP process KPIs and contribute to meet the KPI target

Support external & internal audit;

Work as a senior and experienced accountant on process or system related and deliver guidance/trainings to the accountants or cross team members

Support AP related project including introducing AP process to project team, support to analyze the requirement and test the new system function

First level of escalation for operation/process issue and identify process deviation and propose possible solution

Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of local AP process activities and procedures



Skilled and qualification required



- Bachelor degree in accounting or related;

- 5+ years working experience on similar position in an international company

- Good computer skill in MS office

- Good team player

- CET 4 or above- Flexible in additional working assignments

- Shared service experience is preferred
