Meet with the team



The Client Acquisition team handles full cycle of business development, including using both established techniques and innovative ways to identify and execute business development opportunities across the Meltwater product portfolio, creating success for top tier and well known brands as well as small to medium business across multiple industry categories using Meltwater. 



This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and want to well develop the skills to become a subject matter expert for a global leader of AI driven software! Your career path with us can encompass diverse, challenging projects that span product lines, job types. We provide you training in various style on product, sales methodology, industry specific knowledges. Throughout your career with us, you will be provided with 1on1 support, to ensure you are developing as fast as your potential allows. You will be set measurable goals to achieve and receive constructive feedback from manager constantly.





Your journey with us…



- Sales Development Representative: Learn business value of online-media & Meltwater sales methodology, to become an expert on social media intelligence. Create and deliver high impact, engaging social media demonstrations that compel the customer to select Meltwater. 

- B2B Sales Consultant: Full software sales cycle, including directly engage with C-Level Executives and propose the business values of using Meltwater

- Business Development Manager: Lead a team of sales consultants to bring the best business values to the new clients, focus on people development and inspire the next generation of manager-to-be.

- Managing Director: Take ownership of the vision for your team growth, make it a place where everyone is challenged, learn, excel and can do their best work. Manage multi-million USD portfolio of clients with full P&L responsibility.





What you will be doing?



- Work the top Sales Executive to identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.

- Identify potential clients by staying on top of news, social media, business announcements and marketing campaigns

- Proactively connect clients’ business executives with Sales Executive to learn about their business and pitch relevant solutions, either through online demonstrations or in person meetings

- Participant in managing sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close deal.

- Deliver a best in class client experience through onboarding by working closely with the Sales Executives





What we would like to see from you



- University Degree with strong academic results

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

- International exposure for work or study would be ideal

- A passion for consultative sales, business development, online media and entrepreneurship

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive, driven, self-starter with natural leadership qualities

- A proven ability to exceed expectations or targets in school or extra-curricular activities

- Candidate with ambitious internships experience or relevant professional experience in startup, digital, marketing agency would be highly preferred
