Basic Goals andpurpose

The representativewill be responsible for the quality of the regional service operations for the Partners(distributors, Retailers, Key Customers) to ensure our company provides thebest service in the industry and will over achieve customer’s expectations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Service:

-Build a strongrelationship with the distributors and Key Customers and coordinate theirservice programs on a regional basis

-Ensure worldclass service to customers in the territory, handle all service requests within1 business day, provide immediate phone support to customer service callsCompile allservice, install and warranty issues in a monthly/quarterly CSS report andrecommend actions steps.

-Track allservice call and e-mails and compile in service reporting ( NetSuite )

-Improve andimplement the tools and procedures to grow consistent quality service in the Asia& Oceania market

-Conduct andanalyze Annual Survey among partners on perceived quality of our serviceDevelop inconjunction with USA service manuals for all current and future products

Warranty

-Track andMonitor regional product quality, warranty and implement and supervise qualitycontrol programs including rework programs

-Monitor partsusage based on model and serial number range and report to management

Parts

-Monitor partsusage

-Recommend partsstock to distributors and develop “starters kits” for new products

General

-Interface andTeam with EMEA service Team and recommend International needs

-Assist in majorinstallations throughout Asia & Oceania

Training

-Visit USA / NETHERLANDSon an annual basis to maintain service knowledge of all products

-Conduct annual regionaltraining for distributors, retailers and Key Customers service people

Qualifications and Skills needed:

-Experience atconducting training for large groups in both English and Chinese languages
