Summary: In charge of daily recruiting activities of different level of positions for specific Business Units/functional dept. Responsibilities: 1.Implement various recruiting plan to support business effectively. 2.Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc. 3.Support to conduct various recruiting cases, like Job fair, campus recruiting etc. 4.Compile and submit recruiting reports accurately and punctually as required. 5.Provide positive/satisfied customer experience to external candidates and internal client. 6.Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality. 7.Manage talent pool and retention for new hired. 8.Assist in maintaining and developing effective selection tools to ensure hiring quality and in legal. Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources management, Psychology or Engineering, at least 8 year experience. 2.Ability to meet standard measurements of success for recruitment such as, cycle time, hit accuracy, diversity goals, client satisfaction, and cost/time to hire standards. 3.Responsible, patient, self-motivated integrity, customer focus and detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills. 4.Able to work independently and as part of a team. 5.Good English communication skills both in written and oral, and fluent Cantonese is preferred.
