先进于1990年在香港成立，主要业务是塑胶模具的设计与制造，当客户提供产品设计图样及要求，先进会进行模具的详细设计与制造，并进行注塑测试以确定设计的模具及生产出的产品符合客户的要求，完成后模具才会正式交付给客户，从设计至模具制作及生产调试全过程一丝不茍，因此受到客户欢迎。 1995年由于订单的不断增加及配合客户的发展，先进亦进入了国内在广东省东莞市大朗镇开始国内模具的制造，经过几年的发展，先进由单一的模具制造，进入多元的业务包括注塑生产，丝印/移印，喷油，产品装配等。 2005年先进再次的配合客户发展，将生产规模扩充并搬迁到现址(广东省东莞市常平镇)，生产业务亦由单一注塑及装配等生产，增加了吹塑生产及CNC仿形加工等，发展至今生产部门由6个增加到13个，并拥有员工达800多人。本公司的客户多为生产玩具制品和化妆品。但亦有客户生产婴儿用品、家庭用品、实用家电、游泳用品及一些复杂用品诸如OEM模具等。客户主要遍及英国、美国、法国及东南亚地区。 Company Profile Advance was established in Hong Kong in 1991, the main business is plastic mold design and manufacturing. When Customer provide the requirements and product drawing, Advance will start the mould design and then mould manufacture. After the mould trial and the samples analysis, the mould design and the products will verify which are meet customer requirements. This compulsory verification process can ensure the mould and product quality before delivery to customer and this lead Advance become more popular. Due to the expansion of the business and growth together with the key customer, Advance has started its first China factory at Dalang Town in 1995. After several years development, Advance has developed from single mould making production to become more diversified to include plastic injection, silkscreen, pad printing, painting and product assembly. In 2005 Advance has expanded again and moved to a new location - Changping Town. The blow molding production, the CNC profiling has introduced and lead to the production department increase from 6 to 13 and employs over 800 people.
