岗位职责

1. 负责SCHMALZ真空搬运系统在华中地区的市场战略和客户维护及开发；

2. 负责SCHMALZ真空搬运系统在汽车、物流、电子、工程机械、食品、医药及化工行业的市场开发和美誉度的提升；

3. 提高SCHMALZ真空搬运系统在华中地区的市场占有率，并完成销售增长；

4. 收集市场及客户信息，进行分析过滤和总结，分析竞争对手及市场竞争格局，进而实施系列市场及销售策略，完成既定目标；

5. 反馈需求到公司及德国总部，以获得更多支持和资源投入。

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，机械类、市场营销类相关专业；

2. 能熟练运用Solid works或者AUTO CAD、CATIA等软件进行三维制图；

3. 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

4. 3年以上国际公司工作经验，具备丰富的物料搬运技术及市场知识；

5. 熟悉国内行业及客户的技术需求及发展趋势，有自身独到的理解和认识；

6. 能适应经常出差，高度客户导向；

7. 热爱销售工作，思维敏捷，具有大客户及项目管理经验；

8. 沟通能力强，能够进行跨文化交流协作；

9. 积极、乐观、坚韧，能够承受压力。


YOUR TASKS

1. Responsible for the business development of Schmalz vacuum manual handling system in central China;

2. Expand the sales market of vacuum handling system in automobile, logistics, IT, mechanics, food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries and improve the reputation of Schmalz;

3. Realize the growth plan and increase the market share in central China;

4. Collect target market and customer information, summarize, filter and feedback to the company, make the analysis of competitors and industry development trend;

5. Feedback the market demand to the company and German headcounter to get support and resource.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering and technical background;

2. Skilled in using Solid works or AUTO CAD、CATIA for 3D-mapping;

3. Fluent English, knowledge of German is preferred;

4. Over 3 years work experience in international environment, successful experience in automotive material handling field is preferred;

5. Have unique understanding of the Chinese market, customer demand and the industry trend;

6. Customer oriented, can travel frequently;

7. Love sales, quick thinking, with major customer and project management experience;

8. Strong communication skills, good at multi-cultural cooperation;

9. Strong compressive capacity, dynamic, optimistic.
