IT Infrastructure Manager – Network and big data storage

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure project manager for network and big data storage solution to join our growing team. He or she is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring , maintaining and repairing of network infrastructure to ensure the enterprise network performance meets company and user’s satisfaction. Responsible for the big data storage solution, such as: storage system deployment and maintenance, storage optimization based on specific application scenarios, set up memory monitoring, automation, rapid expansion. 



Job Responsibilities:

1、Install, support configure and maintain hardware and software network and voice infrastructure according to good industrial best practices and corporate standards, including CISCO routers, switches, WiFi controllers and ISE, Packeteer, Riverbed, Palo Alto firewalls and VPN., Avaya voice gateway/server, VoIP, Lifesize video conference system and others network equipment.

2、Monitor network usage availability, traffic and performance, to prevent, detect diagnoseanticipate and resolve problem any network/voice issues and suggest solution.

3、Maintain Keep up-to-date all technical documents up-to-date.diagrams of network topology and connections at all sites.

4、Develop and maintain the SOPs on the area of network, VOIP and video conference. 

5、Researches and assess the latest technological advancementssolution and services to ensure that voice and data networking the solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industrial best practice y and company standards corporate standards. Evaluates complex data or voice networking technologies to understand their potential and recommends future direction.



Education And Experience

1、Bachelor degree in computer science or related business degree or equivalent education and experience

2、Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant working experience in managing and trouble-shooting large scale complex enterprise network infrastructure in LAN/WAN environment

3、Hands-on experience with expertise in configuring CISCO routers, switches, WiFi controllers and ISE, Avaya voice gateway/server. Any practical working experience in Riverbed, Palo Alto firewalls and VPN, Lifesize video conference system and others network equipment is considered as an advantage.

4、Solid working experience of the network monitoring system, such as whatsup gold and solarwinds. 

5、Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WAN Accelerators and Proxy.

6、Should have a high degree of competency in technical areas: Networking Protocols/Services BGP, OSPF, IPsec, NAT/PAT, SNMP, MPLS, VPLS, QoS and STP.

7、Good knowledge of the China carrier services and cable systems.

8、Good knowledge of the network/protocols monitoring system.

9、Good knowledge of the VoIP network

10、CCNA/CCNP/CCIE and the certifications from other networks solution providers skill.are considered as an advantage.

5、Solid project management working experience in a large enterprise environment

6、Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills are a must.

7、Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines)

8、Good knowledge and practices in project/services management.
