Job Responsibilities:

Provide the support to VP HR Operations China

Manage meeting agenda, including the meetings with internal/external, local/global etc.

Preparing for all the itinerary items

Take care of expense claims, including both out of pockets cash claims and global corporate Credit card claims

Helping do the MOA delegation when VP is on leave

Provide the support to HR Community

Focal point to HRD China budget

Provide logistic support to HRLTs and regional, global visitors. Act as the logistic focal point for global HR events in China

Setting up team meetings and helping with the logistics, including HRLT meeting, Birthday Party, HR meeting, HR Town Hall etc.

Gift registration on line and offline

Consolidating the monthly highlights for Chairman’s update



Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional qualification

3+ years experiences in a similar position

Fluent in Chinese and English language, both spoken and written

Proficiency in MS software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Mature, professional, organized, able to multi-tasking, team player, initiatives to help others
