AP Accountant

 Main Responsibility:



 Be responsible for billing and AR collection.

 Reconcile the output VAT amount with the sales amount.

 Issue VAT and BT invoices in Golden tax system and dispatch invoices to related customer.

 Follow up the outstanding items

 In charge of AR settlement in ERP system in time. 

 Prepare AR aging report and analysis monthly. 

 Support customer service department, preparing dunning letter and early warning timely. 

 Ensure compliance in AR function. 

 Maintain FA database and run depreciation in the ERP system timely.

 Be responsible for FA label, ensuring each FA has a label.

 Generate relative journal entry (FA, AR etc) in the ERP system. 

 Export rebate calculation and declaration to tax bureau monthly

 Prepare journal entry for deferred expense and accrued expense monthly

 Other assignments from direct manager

Requirements Description:



 College degree or above in finance, accounting or equivalent.

 2+ years related working experience in multinational companies

 Stress handling be able to work under pressure

 Be flexible to take multiple tasks and different tasks

 Familiar with QAD system, Excel

 Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral

 High accountability and self-motivated and team-working spirit
