Project Manager IRIS - 项目经理 IRIS（CER-S-P）

工作职责：

1. In charge of the whole IRIS product development process and accountable for annual IRIS product related revenue

2. Ensure compliance of BV China Operations with the IRIS product accreditation and related rules, and contribute to the management of international accreditations

3. Assist in the development of the marketing and sales strategy for related IRIS product

4. Collaborate with business units and other functional units to do IRIS product marketing and business development work

5. Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge management)

6. Provide public training/Seminar on IRIS standard and relevant topic

7. Develop and maintain team competence and related qualifications

任职要求：

1. Audit Experience: 

At least 4 certification audits as Lead Auditor or for a minimum of 20 audit days covering all the requirements of ISO 9001 within the last 4 years.

2. Work Experience: 

Candidates shall have a minimum of 3 years rail sector experience (operators, system integrators, equipment manufacturer and/or appropriate official rail organization, such as ERA, UNIFE or related national associations) in the last 15 years and is/was directly involved in Engineering, Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Project Management, Quality, or Process Control for the respective scope 

3. IRIS auditor qualification: IRIS auditors shall have passed the IRIS training and examination.

4. Familiar with railway supplier chain

5. Good sense of audit and business development

6. Open, clear mind, be willing to contribute extra time on position duty

7. Good communication skill

8. Specialty Know how:

RAMS/LCC; Project management; Cost Control; Risk management; Configuration management; Supply Chain management skill.
