职责描述：

 Lead the teams (warranty team&P0 teams including -30), take responsibility of teams’ target fulfilment



§ Step by step take the lead for product RD activities from SOP to project closure, owner after project closure.



§ To apply the site methodology in the R&D activities



§ Take part in site regular meetings (daily 5’, QRQC, SCC, V5000, project launch review…etc), to take part in the working sessions whenever necessary and assure the decisions from a technical point of view



§ Ensure WR daily QRQC, VIM to register and follow up to close in time, fulfil WR targets for both timing and yearly cost



§ North DC RD representative in front of Wuhan site



§ For Wuhan projects, before TOGO, awareness of hot issues, after TOGO, regular review with P1 team for hot issues, take the lead to communicate with site and get support from site if need



§ For Wuhan projects, after TOGO, co-work with lab to ensure DV(if need) and PV, include parts maturity checking, test status checking and record before/during/after test, first level analysis with lab team and report to P1 team



§ Drive P0 technical related concern, support site and get support from RD network



§ Co-work with lab for test resource on time arrangement to ensure tests for warranty and P0&P1



§ Close cooperation with site related functions, support site, escalate support needed from site, timing control and action done on time from both internal RD and external other functions



§ Support the technical communications and marketing actions (ex.: tech-day, autoshow, cusotmer technical consultation)



§ In charge of R&D Budget



§Other task assigned by N+1 from time to time.



任职要求：



Education: Mechanical or electrical engineering, bachelor or above



Experience: More than 6 years in R&D, Project or Production activities in similar company.
