岗位职责:

Responsibilities / Authorities工作职责权限:

1. Feeding raw material in all working station

负责各个工位物料的上料和下料

2. Sort out scrap component in all working station

在各个工位挑选出不良品"

3. Correct batch record feeding also including other related record feeding like cleanning record

正确填写批记录以及其他车间其他相关的日常记录，例如车间清洗记录，酒精消毒记录等"

4. Follow the work safety instruction and 5S, including workshop cleaning, machine cleaning, cleaning clothe cleaning etc.

遵循车间安全操作规程，5S维持，包括车间清洁，设备清洁，无尘服清洁等"

5. know basic knowledge about cleaning room working obey leader's arrangement

了解无尘车间作业的基本知识，服从领班的工作安排"

6. take care of raw material receiving and delivery

从事车间生产物料交接工作"

7. identify new abnormal scrap point and report to shift leader or technician

鉴别一些新的不良品，并且及时的汇报给技术员和领班"

8. Assist shift leader and train new operators, including detail working content and cleaning room working procedure

协助领班培训新员工，包含具体的工作内容，无尘车间的作业流程"

9. alcohol and sodium hypochlorite preparing

酒精等日常消毒剂的配置"

10. basic knowledge of dialyzer producing process

懂得透析器生产的基本工艺流程"

11. operate all manufacture machine

操作所有的生产设备"

12. take care of batch changing and batch record filling, related sample checking and machine statues checking before shift start

负责生产过程中的换批工作，正确填写批记录，懂得查看并鉴别相关样品，开机前设备点检确认设备状态"

13. solve normal machine problem and keep line run normally

解决常见的设备问题，确保产线正常运行"

14. replace some simple spare parts if machine break down, like some sensor and cylinder changing

更换一些常见的设备备件，例如气缸，传感器等"

15. be involved in line maintenance work and format changing

参与设备维护以及产线换型工作"

16. understand some new alarm message and analyse preliminary, solve new problem in time

理解新的报警信息，并且做出一些初步的分析，及时解决新的问题"

17. assist supervisor and shiftleade to train new technicain and new operator

协助主管和领班培训新的技术员以及作业员"

18. take care of maintenance work and machine adjustment, specialized in type change of all machine

负责维修维护工作，设备调试，专于设备换型"

19. master machine's working theory and know current situation and report regularly, like inserting griper changing and maintenance, welding machine adjustment ect.

熟练掌握设备的工作原理，了解掌握当前设备的运行情况定期汇报，例如插入机夹爪工作情况，焊接机焊接镜调试"

20. improvement and optimization for machine or production procedure，content include production efficiency, procedure, safety，quality ect. need detial plan and activity, finally need assessment for benefit

提高并且优化设备或者生产流程,内容涉及生产提高生产效益，生产流程，安全，质量等等，需要具体的执行方案和实际行动，最终需要对收益进行收益评估"

21. communicate with operator and technician, feedback to supervisor timely, know the staff situation

及时与作业员还有技术员沟通，及时地反馈给主管，了解车间员工情况"

22. shift arrangement weekly, make a adjustment properly, vacation control

每周排班，适当的时候做出调整，休假控制"

23. be responsible for the training of operator and technician tranee , assist engineer or supervisor to train technician

主导作业员，见习技术员生产技能的培训，协助工程师主管培训技术员

24. take care of machine, raw material supply, environment monitoring, report to supervisor timely

负责确保设备的正常运转，生产物料供应正常，车间环境监控，如有问题及时汇报给主管"

25. monitor the consumption of daily consumable, like one-time glove, mask, shoe cover, head cover, be sure not impact for line 

监控车间日常消耗品的消耗量，例如一次性手套，口罩，鞋套，浴帽等，确保对车间正常生产无影响"

26. assess monthly performance for operator and technician base on company assessment criterion ，give feedback to supervisor

更具公司绩效评估标准，每月负作业员，技术员的绩效评估，并且反馈给主管"

27. quality monitoring in all production prccess on line

在线监控所有生产环节的产品质量"

28. mediate conflict occured in current shift properly, promote team work

合理调解本班员工之间的矛盾，促进团队合作 "

29. create new training subject for operator, technician, and take action regularly

开设新的培训课题，并且培训作业员，技术员，定期进行"

30. take care of trans-department communication if possible, like ENG. QM, and Logistics ect. Make sure cooperation can be run normally

适当时需要进行跨部门沟通，合理解决车间相关问题 "

任职资格:

Qualifications:

Education background and skills:

1. Bachelor education background (mechanical or engineering, or other related).

2. Able to make analysis for problem solving by systematically tool (A3 report, FMEA, brain storming, diagram).

3. Basic English speaking and writing.

4. Good at PPT/Word/Excel edit, for summary report.



Job specification:

1. Ensure production is running by process controlling according to SOP, not safety issue.

2. In charge of shift run smoothly and delivery on time with good quality， follow and execute production plan.

3. Lead dialyzer line change over for different products type.

4. Good communication and team management.



Working experience:

1. At least 5 years experience in manufacture enterprise (3 shifts mode).

2. Maintenance experience of automatic machine, something like electrical sensor/switch/cylinder changing.

3. 2 years for team management (twenty employees around).

4. Lean project in the former position, or other project about cost down/safety/quality/efficiency.
