职责描述：Global Job Summary: Engineer’s responsibilities include defining and debugging analog IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. Products are analog / mixed-signal IC’s and may include: power management, signal management and analog functions. 该职位的主要职责包括定义和调试模拟IC产品, 设计参考电路, 撰写产品规格书, 应用设计手册并且给客户提供技术培训与支持. 涉及的IC芯片包括模拟及混合信号IC, 具体包括功率管理, 信号管理IC. Field includes 领域包含 (或): 1: AC/DC IC Products AC/DC集成电路产品; 2: Automotive Industry 工业及汽车电子; 3: Motor 电机驱动; 4: Networking & computing 笔记本和服务器电源; Essential Functions 工作职责: 1: Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug analog IC products; 跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC 2: Evaluate new products and generate reports; 评估新产品并撰写测试报告; 3: Develop application reference circuits; 设计参考线路图 4: Write datasheets, application notes, design notes; 撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册; 5: Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers. 向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训. 任职要求： 1: MSEE or equivalent with 1+ years or Bachelor degree with 3+ years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC experience; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历，1年以上模拟或混合信号IC相关工作经验。或者本科学历3年以上相关工作经验; 2: Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力; 3: Possess hardware implementation skills; 良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力; 4: Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuit; 具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力; 5: Major in Power Electronics or related，and working experience in power supply design. 电力电子专业或相关专业，具备开关电源设计经验.
