岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

 In charge of engineering department management and regular maintenance for GZU,

 In charge of electric/electronic group, to be sure that power supply, electronic system working in a safe situation, to be aware of potential risk of the above system, work out and implement a controlling progress，dealing with related repairing and maintenance issues.

 Training for new hired staff

 In charge of decoration group, to be sure that decorating maintenance works are under well quality control and at minimum patient’s harassment, arrange daily repair and maintenance issues.

 In charge of all Duty-engineers daily assignment, provide evaluation of their performance review.

 Monitor outsourcing engineering contractor.

 Implement maintenance work in the above area according to facilities management plan. Make sure spending is controlled under yearly budget.

 To be ready in dealing with accident according to facilities management plan. Implement those plans while accidents happened, follow up until the problem has been completely solved.

 To be aware of related government policy change and adjust our working policies and procedures as needed. Provide professional recommendation to facilities manager timely.

 Follow up with applications of government issues as needed, update progress to facilities manager timely.

 Submit yearly budget of the coming year according to the status of equipments and the status of the hospital.

 Monitor renovation project, make sure it is smoothly and practice in a safe manner.

 Any other assignments from the Department of Environment Services and Facilities management or other hospital executives.

任职资格:

Qualifications:

 Electric/electronic or decoration engineering background

 More than 7years working experience, 3 years of working in high standard hotel or similar experience.

 Has at least 3 years management experience

 Certified by electric engineering.

 Institute degree or above.

Skills:

 Ability to organize and prioritize the task

 Good communication skill

 Strong leadership and supervisory skill.

 Strong ability in exercising initiative, judgment and problem solving

 Knowledgeable in staff training/orientation, personnel supervision and development.

 Ability to interpret and analyze department data reports

 Being flexible, professional, with positive attitude and a team player

 Good at Microsoft Word and Excel.

Knowledge:

 Familiar with related government regulations.
