Mission

 Describe the principal mission of the position 

- Manages the development and implementation of all manufacturing equipments in order to meet the QCD targets of the project.

- Assist the APU Manager to optimize the industrial and VPS aspects of the APU in Foshan ensuring the efficient operation of the process in line with Valeo Group and Division standards. 

 



Responsibilities

 Highlight the main responsibilities 



- After SOP 

- Integrated fully into the manufacturing and APU organisation, organise the support from Europe, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process,

- Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations,

- Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency of operation and material waste,

- Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations. Ensure their proper use. 

- Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all equipment operational functions,

- Pilote workshops for TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities, SMED, HOSHIN and 5S.

- Work together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality,

- Assist in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.

- To apply 5 axes in her domain

- To finish the other missions assigned by department manager

- Obey HSSE rules and regulations, pay attention to safety and any accident or incident related to HSSE found, report immediately to N+1

- Is responsible for 5S

- To submit and implement improvement proposals

*3年以上制造行业工作经验

*熟悉​装配工艺，具备较好的问题解决能力和动手能力

*良好的沟通能力，英语能读写
