Job Description

 We are searching for an experienced Senior Concept Artist to design our flagship title's game content including,but not limited to ,costumes,environmen ts,props,etc.This role requires solid foundational drawing skills,strong design sense and the ability to mentor other artists in order to meet the director's expectations.

 Our game has stylized proportions,so you need to be someone who can adapt to a heavy cartoon art style.Equally as important is your ability to design appealing clothing apparel and other game assets,Our game is in 3D which means this person must have an impeccable understanding of solid forms to be able to create useful concept art for our 3D team.

 Strong attention to detail are required to excel in this position.Our assets have technical requirements which you need to take into consideration when creating new designs.



Expectations

1.Work closely with the Art Director and Product team to design visually appealing game content

2.Design a wide variety of items(clothing,props,environment,etc.)for internal and external 3D teams

3.Ability to understand core art direction principles set forth by the Art Director and Leads,build upon them through research,iteration,solid artistic ability ,and collaboration

4.Provide clear documented turnarounds and image referances to communicate the intended concept design 

5.Ability to quickly iterate concepts given input from the Art Director

6.Work with outsourcing concept teams ,reviewing work and providing clear feedback

7.Establish lighting schemes and color palettes that capture the tone of the wirld

8.Superior painting ,draftsmanship and illustration skills



Prerequisites

1.3-5+ years as a professional game concept artist or illustrator

2.2+ shipped video game titles

3.Experience in creating concepts for 3D products is a major plus

4.A demonstrated ability to think in 3D

5.Exceptional understanding of human and creature anatomy and you know how to stylize them to create compelling and memorable characters with emotions and feelings

6.Working knowledge of software such as Maya,3Ds Max,or Zbrush is a plus





工作职责：

1. 参与游戏美术风格的探索，协同其他岗位确定最终美术风格的执行规范，并且在开发过程中，负责整体美术风格的把控。

2、主要负责游戏内角色原画设计，根据设计需求、游戏风格、文案内容，绘制游戏角色原画。

3、负责游戏内场景原画设计，按照文案内容对游戏场景氛围、布景规划、建筑物件进行设计和绘制。

岗位要求：

​1.本科毕业，美术系相关专业，

2. 3-5年以上原画设计经验，熟悉游戏开发工作流程；

3.熟悉Photoshop、Painter等的计算机绘图软件, 具有扎实的美术基础与良好的手绘能力；

4. 能与美术和团队进行良好的沟通，准确实现项目开发需求和场景风格

5. 对游戏动漫、UI平面设计、游戏场景，角色设计感兴趣。
