GENERAL FUNCTION
Support PD Operations for data management/data analysis for all WWW brands . Support PLM 2.0 rollout for line management and PDM for material database and futures system enhancements. Supporting PLM Asia team to check the PLM data integrity, lead PLM data monitoring and Coach the Brand PLM assistant to achieve corporate request.
 
PRIMARY DUTIES

 Report Analyst will be analyzing and handling the data for all WWW brands in Asia  Monitoring PLM data entry based on Brand Line Plan Calendar at key milestone, and regular monitor monthly after Sales Meeting.
 Covers the problems, allocation, workload, Critical Path analyzing, the job of the analyst will be analyze and check for consistency and accuracy of the information and follow up and resolve with Brand US & Asia inputter thoroughly for any potential issues  and provide final  solutions .
 Provides timely report to brands measure a true PLM data entry DPO% .
 Coordinate with the different factories and suppliers for data entry into system. Manage the PLM library entry to get a standard protocol with each brand, and monitor the library entry from time to time.
 Lead PLM data entry monitoring person complete the PLM data entry scorecard for all brands.
 Maintain PDM database, setup timelines for the different stages to follow. Material Database, BOM building,  coordinate the entering Product Life Cycle Data for the Brands
 Communicate with brand US person to set up the PLM entry process/data source/due dates/RACI for each brand requested fields, pass to brand PLM person for following
 Train and coach the brand PLM person for the brands .Ensure Brand Asia PLM person to follow up the process to get Asia entries to be entered properly/accurately/and on time.
 Generate and extract the data from pre-BOM material demand BW report for supplier and material registration purpose based on Brand’s requirement.
 Special project is requested at any time for a better system practice.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED  
1.   College Diploma or above.
2.   Fluent English in written & reading.
3.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel, basic database understanding
4.   Strong communication skills.
5.   Can work independently and under a heavy pressure.
6.   Systems knowledge (ERP/PLM) helpful but not a must.
