1-Projects 
•Manage projects according to group project management standards: every project should be supported by project plan, project teams and clear objectives.
•Manage on daily basis Project’s core team in order to reach Quality/Cost/ Planning Targets. 
•Communicate on monthly basis on the project progress and achievement of milestones
•Prepare arbitration / issues to be escalated to Top Management if need be 
2-Meet customer requirements and support the marketing and sales teams within 
the group : 
•Serve as the product expert
•Based on market and projects requirement: develop or support product design, provide product improvements and ensure the adequate time to market.
•Benchmark products against key competitors.
•Monitor legislation as well as competitor marketing and product activities.
•Provide complete Project Management support based on customers requirements. Strong team work with the departments involved in NPD (Marketing, Quality, Procurement, Operations, R&D).
•Help/support marketing and sales for the brief of all new product for commercial leaflet, website etc.
3-New Product Development (NPD) / New Product Introduction (NPI): 
•Refer to and use the Group product development processes (R&D Process)
•Work with the relevant internal departments / subsidiaries to introduce new products based on the group or local procedures in place
•Manage BOM changes based on the procedures in place
•Validate costings with the financial department and check financial viability 
4-Range management 
•Report on a monthly basis the key performance indicator of product category.
•Formalise product training modules to external and internal staff as well as customers.
•Manage the range rationalisation
•Work with the relevant subsidiaries to limit obsolete stocks
5-Saving and profitability 
•Validate each project for product development or improvement with the group finance department.
